Dough 73%: Wheat our, vegetable margarine (non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsier: monoand diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, colouring: beta-carotene, aroma), water, egg (4,5%), butter (3%), yeast, skimmed milk powder (1%), salt, baking powder (corn starch, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate). Filling 27%: Mizithra cheese (52%), water, wheat semolina, feta cheese (7%), salt, egg white powder, white pepper.
The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), milk (lactose), egg and is produced in areas that also handle sesame.
- Preheat the oven at 355F (180°C) and then bake the Mini shortcrust pastry pies with feta cheese & mizithra cheese for approximately 20 minutes.
