INGREDIENTS

Pastry 63%: Wheat flour, water, non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, extra virgin olive oil (2,5%), corn starch, salt, sugar. Filling 37%: Mizithra cheese, Gouda cheese (other ingredients: colouring: beta-carotene), traditional kaseri cheese (8,5%), wheat semolina, Gruyére cheese of Creta (7,5%), water, wheat starch, modified corn starch, white of egg in powder form, modified potato starch, salt.

The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), milk (lactose), egg and is produced in areas that also handle sesame.

    Preheat the oven at 356F (180°C) and then bake the Rollini with guyere cheece of Crete & traditional kaseri cheese for approximately 35 minutes.
