INGREDIENTS

Dough 63%: Wheat flour, water, non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, extra virgin olive oil (2,5%), corn starch, salt, sugar. Filling 37%: Spinach (49%), mizithra cheese (17,5%), onion (12%), leek, feta cheese, wheat semolina, non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, salt, potato starch, whole milk powder, dill (0,2%), black pepper.

The product contains ingredients of: wheat (gluten), milk (lactose) and is produced in areas that also handle egg and sesame.

  • Baking instructions

    • Preheat the oven at 356F (180°C) and then bake the Rollinia with spinach, mizithra cheese, dill and onion for approximately 35 minutes.
