Dough 70%: Wholemeal wheat flour, wheat flour, multigrain flour, vegetable margarine (non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, colouring: beta-carotene, aroma), water, egg (5%), yeast, milk (1%), salt, sugar, baking powder: sodium bicarbonate and sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate. Sunflower, linseed, millet, barley, oats, soybeans and rye covering.
Filling 30%: Mizithra cheese (45%), water, Domokos katiki (traditional soft cheese), feta cheese (7%), sundried tomato (6%), olives (5%), wheat semolina, egg (3,5%), whole milk (3,5%), red peppers, capers, garlic, salt, white pepper, oregano.
The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), milk (lactose), egg, soy and is produced in areas that also handle sesame.
- Preheat the oven at 355F (180°C) and then bake the mini crusty bites for approximately 20 minutes.
