INGREDIENTS

Dough 59%: Wheat flour, water, vegetable oils and fats, extra virgin olive oil (2,5%), corn starch, salt, sugar.

Filling 41%: Spinach (33%), mizithra (19%), leek, endive (12%), chicory, spring onion, Epirus feta cheese (4%), egg (3%), extra virgin olive oil (1%), parsley, dill, salt, black pepper.
