1991 Chryssi Zymi is born with the launching of 6 frozen pastry products.

1993 The first stuffed mini bites come off the production line.

1995 Chryssi Zymi launches its first frozen family-size pies.

1997 Chryssi Zymi launches the Thessaloniki Bougatsa (Cream pie) with the inspired idea of adding cinnamon and caster sugar, making it an all-time favorite.

2000 The brand is relaunched with a new logo and new packaging.

2002 Chryssi Zymi continues to innovate by launching Rollini product category.

2004 Chryssi Zymi introduces virgin olive oil to its range of products

2005 A new-look logo and packaging appear. Chryssi Zymi leads the way by being one of the first companies to display the GDA recommendations on pack.

2006 Chryssi Zymi has another first in launching the first authentic Peinirli with sourdough in three flavours.

2009 Homemade Pies by Chryssi Zymi are now for real. With their authentic, home-made pastry, kneaded with olive oil and combined with selected fillings, these Chryssi Zymi pies win the hearts of young and old alike.

2011 Chryssi Zymi launches the scrumptious Homemade mini bites, blazing another trail of success.

2012 Chryssi Zymi undergoes radical changes with the new logo and brings in new packaging.
Chryssi Zymi enters the fresh refrigerated pastry market with 3 product codes.
Chryssi Zymi launches the pitsa! With a thin and puffy pastry and rich, pure ingredients coming in 4 different flavours.

2014 Thessaloniki Bougatsa pie family expands with 2 more fantastic flavours - Bougatsa with mizithra and feta & Bougatsa with hazelnut praline - in a handy 450g packet.

2015 Chryssi Zymi breaks new ground again, introducing French-style butter Croissants to the Greek market for the first time in two classic flavours: plain Croissants and Croissants with a hazelnut praline filling.

2016 Chryssi Zymi creates the first full range of whole grain products in the frozen pastry category, introducing the Homemade pie with Whole grain wheat filo with mizithra, yogurt & feta. It is also the first time that select strained yoghurt plays a leading role in frozen pita filling. Enjoy all the flavour of pita along with all the benefits of whole grain!

2017 2 new flavours for the scrumptious Chryssi Zymi Croissants!

Chryssi Zymi presents Batzina,- a pie without pastry, found in every corner of Greece.

Chryssi Zymi relaunches the frozen pizza line, bringing 3 new great pizza flavours: Margherita, Special and -the unique - Barbeque with new dough, fluffy but crispy on the bottom. Every flavour contains a fragrant tomato sauce with various herbs and spices in perfect harmony together with the select ingredients of every pizza.

2018 Chryssi Zymi adds the new Homemade pie with spinach to its range of Whole Grain products with spinach, strained yoghurt and kritamo (crithmum)!

2019 Chryssi Zymi adds the Chorefti pie to its range. A rich pastry which comes in crispy fyllo with wavy ripples wrapped around tasty, select ingredients for a flavour in a dance with “tradition”!

2020 Chrysi Zymi relaunch Croissants. It maintains the same delicious flavors that consumers loved from the very beginning and creates new packaging with bright colors and the distinctive “I Love Croissants” logo.

2023 Chryssi Zymi launches 2 innovative vegan products that stand out for their delicious flavors and high-quality ingredients, Rollini with vegan mince and Rolini with cheese flavor. Also, it launches the new baked stone Pizza at 4 flavors.

2024 Chryssi Zymi launches the innovative product line, Mini Strudels that stand out for their aromatic, fruitiness flavor and their velvet confectionary cream.
