Pizza Dough

Thin, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, this is the authentic Italian pizza dough. It is the base and the heart pleasure, onto which the tomato sauce and our preferred toppings are placed, for a genuine Neapolitan experience.

Barbeque Sauce

BBQ sauce is a sauce used for marinating, drenching or garnishing grilled meat, very popular in the USA. Its ingredients, such as ketchup (double concentrated tomato), paprika, vinegar, etc.) are known for their antioxidant effect.

Chilli sauce

Hot sauce made from fresh or dried chili peppers, bottled and readily available. It can be found as a seasoning in many foods but it is also an ingredient in other spicy dressings, such as arrabbiata sauce, tabasco sauce etc.

Αvoid baking your pizza using the fan mode of your oven, as in this way it is baked quickly on the outside without having the time to be baked properly on the inside.

To maintain the crispiness of our pizza base, place the pizza on a wooden surface as soon as you take it out of the oven, so the moisture from the oven is absorbed without softening the well-baked base.

For an authentic Neapolitan taste, you can add 1-2 drops of olive oil on each slice before enjoying it.
