INDUSTRIAL & TRADE COMPANY OF FOOD” (hereinafter referred to as “COMPANY” or “Company” ), as the controller, is committed to respecting and protecting your personal data. What personal data do we collect from you?

When you visit our website and the Company’s social media accounts and in any communication with us, the COMPANY may collect personal data:

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for the period deemed strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
For the purposes of direct marketing/promotional activities, we will retain your personal data for three (3) years during which you retain all of your rights under applicable data protection legislation and as set out in this Policy. At the end of the three-year period, we will ask you to give your consent to the retention of the data again, otherwise it will be deleted.
Our Company may continue to store your personal data for a longer period of time if this is necessary to protect its legitimate interests in relation to possible liability related to the provision of the service.

Guarantees we receive for the protection of your data
