Dough 73%: Wheat flour, vegetable margarine [non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (palm oil, cottonseed oil and sunflower oil in varying proportions), water, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, flavoring, pigment: beta-carotene], water, egg (4.5%), butter (3%), whole pasteurized milk (2%), yeast, salt, baking powder leavening agents: sodium bicarbonate, sodium dihydrogen pyrophosphate. Filling 27%: Mizithra (52%), water, wheat semolina, feta cheese (7%), salt, egg white powder, white pepper. The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), milk (lactose), egg and is produced in sesame processing area.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
Without thawing, place the Mini Kourou Cheese pies in a baking paper-covered pan or a greased tray.
Optionally, smear their surface with whisked egg
Bake in the lower rack of your oven at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Adjust the baking time and temperature according to your oven.
The product is not baked in a microwave oven.
