Dough 73%: Wheat our, vegetable margarine (non hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, acidity regulator: citric acid, colouring: beta-carotene, aroma), water, egg (4,5%), butter (3%), yeast, skimmed milk powder (1%), salt, baking powder (corn starch, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate). Filling 27%: Sausage (bovine meat 40%, pork meat 30%, water, potato starch, salt, whey powder, spices, red pepper, stabilizers: sodium and potassium polyphosphates, avour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite, natural coloring: carmine).

- Preheat the oven at 355F (180°C) and then bake the Mini shortcrust pastry pies with sausage for approximately 20 minutes.
