Dough 52%: Wheat flour, water, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (palm oil, cottonseed oil and sunflower oil in varying proportions), extra virgin olive oil (2,5%), corn starch, salt, sugar.
Filling 48%: Hazelnut Praline [sugar, vegetable fats and oils (palm oil and sunflower oil in varying proportions), skimmed cocoa powder, hazelnuts paste, modified potato starch, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavoring: vanillin].
The product contains ingredients of wheat (gluten), hazelnuts, soya and is produced in areas that also handle milk (lactose), egg and sesame.
Preheat the oven at 390F (200°C) and then bake the Bougatsa pie for approximately 30 minutes. Take the Bougatsa pie out of the oven and turn it upside down using two forks. Continue baking for 10 minutes.
