Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) with convection and heating elements.
Prepare the Pastry: Lightly roll out both sheets of Puff Pastry on a clean, floured surface. Cut each sheet into 4 squares to get a total of 8 pieces.
Assemble the Calzones: On 4 of the pastry squares, spread 2 tablespoons of pizza tomato sauce each. Top each with 2 slices of pepperoni (or salami), 2 slices of ham, a few slices of mushrooms, and some bell pepper strips. Sprinkle with the mixed cheese. Cover each with the remaining 4 pastry squares, creating a seal around the edges. Press the edges firmly with a fork to ensure they are well-sealed and prevent the filling from leaking out.
Bake: Place the assembled calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until the calzones are golden brown and crispy. Serve warm and enjoy your homemade mini calzones, perfect for a street food-style treat right at home!
