When using the Greek pita to wrap your meat - souvlaki, burgers- apply some oil and bake the pies on the surface you have grilled the meat on, in order for the pita to absorb the aromas of the cooked meat.
If you fry the Greek pita, frequently turn them over so that they do not burn.
Bake the pies until golden-brown, being careful not to overbake them which will result in loss of their elasticity.
