Filling 45% : whey cheese Mizithra (30%), strained yoghurt (28%), water, wheat semolina, Feta cheese (4%), whole egg, cooking salt, egg white powder.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Take the Homemade Pie out of the freezer and remove the lid.
Place the product together with its paper tray in the middle rack of your oven.
Bake at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.
Adjust the cooking time and temperature according to your oven.
The product is not baked in a microwave oven.
