INGREDIENTS

Dough 62%: Wheat flour, water, non hydrogenated νegetable ails and fats (palm oil, cotton seed oil and sunflower seed oil ίπ varying ρroportions), extra virgin oliνe oil (2,5%), corn starch, saιt, sugar. Filling 38%: Epirus gruyere cheese (10%), kefalotyri cheese, Creta gruyere clM!ese,
semi-hard cheese, kasseri cheese (3%), water, wheat semolina, egg, egg white ρowder, salt, white ρeρper.

The product contalns lngredlents of wheat (gluten), mllk (lactose), egg and is ρroduced in areas that also handle sesame. Preheat the oνen at 360F (180°C) and then bake it for appraximately 40 mιnutes.
