Making something genuinely tasty does not necessarily require many ingredients and a lot of time. These Greek Filo Rolls with Metsovone Cheese, Cryssi Zymi Filo Pastry for Pies and chilli flakes are proof of just that!

INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Cryssi Zymi Filo Pastry for Pies, 450g
Let the pastry defrost according to the package instructions. Take two filo pastry sheets and cut them crosswise so that you have 8 square pieces. Sprinkle one piece with olive oil, some chilli flakes, thyme, a piece of Metsovone cheese and wrap diagonally into a roll. Fold the edges of the filo pastry inwards and continue to wrap. Brush the edges of the filo pastry with some water in order to stick and seal the filo roll. Follow the same process for all pieces.
Place a deep frying pan with the sunflower oil over medium to high heat. Put the filo rolls in the pan in doses and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Put the fried rolls on absorbent paper and set aside
For the dip
Put all the ingredients for the dip in a bowl and mix. Serve the filo rolls with the dip.
